On the job training is not only a great learning experience, it's a chance for students to pursue their individual interests and begin building a career. With expanded Co-op, specialist high school majors and the dual credit program, more students have the opportunity to gain experience while earning credits. Students get the chance to "test drive" career options and build on their individual strengths and abilities.
