We talked about whether or not we 'had the look' or not. We talked about the one thing in the world we would change about ourselves. We talked about the fact that while it's okay to want to look good and take care of ourselves, it's not cool to be obsessed. God wants us to take care of ourselves, both inside and outside. That means we can look good on the outside, but what's going on inside us? Are we spending time on our character - who we are and what we believe?We looked at 1 Samuel 16:7, "... Do not consider his appearance or his height... The Lord does not look at the thing man looks at. Man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.
